Frequently asked questions

What is the return and exchange policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all hair extension purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect color selection, or personal preference. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and assist you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery times varying based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to follow its journey. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

How do I choose the right color, length, and amount of hair?

Choosing the right extensions depends on your natural hair color, desired length, and the look you’re hoping to achieve. We recommend comparing our color photos and product descriptions carefully before ordering. Multiple shades can be blended for a seamless, dimensional result. If you’re unsure which color, length, or amount is right for you, contact us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to help you find your perfect match.

Can I buy hair without an installation?

Absolutely! Our extensions are available for in-store pickup or shipping whether you're a stylist purchasing for a client or a client purchasing for an installation.

How do I care for my hair extensions?

With proper care, your extensions can stay beautiful, soft, and manageable for longer. Use gentle, extension-compatible shampoo and conditioner, brush carefully from the ends upward with an extension-safe brush, and always apply heat protectant before heat styling. Avoid sleeping with wet hair, and gently secure your hair before bed. Follow the specific care instructions for your extension method, and schedule regular professional maintenance for installed extensions. Proper care helps preserve the hair’s quality, softness, and longevity.
