Materials + Care
Our K-Tip Extensions are crafted from 100% cuticle remy human hair, selected for its softness, natural appearance, and beautiful movement.
To maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions, we recommend:
- Washing: Use sulfate-free, extension-safe shampoo and conditioner.
- Brushing: Gently brush from the ends upward using an extension-safe brush, holding the hair near the roots to minimize tension.
- Heat styling: Always apply heat protectant before using hot tools and limit excessive heat.
- Conditioning: Keep hair hydrated by applying conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends. Avoid applying oils, conditioners, or heavy products directly to the keratin bonds.
- Sleeping: Never go to bed with wet hair. Gently brush and secure your hair in a loose braid before sleeping.
- Maintenance: Have your extensions installed, maintained, and removed by a trained professional.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all hair extension purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect color or length selections. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and assist you.
